What you can expect from Hurst Home Services
Our Project Consultants will provide product and service solutions to you based on your specific needs. Whether it’s
reviewing the variety of roofing shingles or highlighting the window features of different manufacturers, they will guide
you in making product selections that are of the highest quality and value, while meeting your needs and budget. We will
also provide you with options so you can make an informed buying decision with confidence, knowing you are getting the
best products at the best value. Our skilled carpenters and installation professionals will complete the work on time and
with precision, so you can be confident your project will perform for years to come. Included in this is our unparalleled
quality assurance and warranty program. Here’s how it works: |

It starts with a brief phone conversation so one of our Project Consultants can learn about your project needs and schedule a consultation at your home. |

At the home consultation, we will inspect the existing conditions and take measurements, in order to prepare an accurate estimate and recommend the best products and services to meet your specific needs. |

An accurate estimate is then created and a written proposal is presented and reviewed with you by one of our
Project Consultants. The proposal illustrates the products and services being provided in a clear and easy-to-
understand document for acceptance. |

Our production team then prepares your project. Materials are checked for accuracy before placing orders, a project schedule is created, and detailed planning is done to ensure efficient completion. |

The work begins. A daily clean up and quality inspection is performed by the Lead Carpenter. You are kept
informed daily with our progress and next steps. When work is complete, the Lead Carpenter will perform a final
walk-through with you to ensure your total satisfaction. |

Once your project is complete, you will receive a copy of your project's warranty information. We will also ask you to complete a satisfaction survey, as we are always looking for ways to provide an even better remodeling experience
for our clients. Your feedback is valued and appreciated.
