Planning and Practices for COVID-19 Response

To our Clients, Team, Trade Partners and Family: 
 
We understand the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus in our community and all of us at Hurst are taking this situation very seriously.
 
Keeping you, your family, our team & trade partners safe is our number one priority. As the COVID-19 concerns continue to evolve, we want to communicate what extra steps Hurst Design Build Remodel is taking to ensure a safe work environment for everyone at the office and on jobsites. The coming days are going to be highly abnormal for everyone and we will be adjusting as needed. Please do not hesitate to contact dan@hurstremodel.com directly if you have any concerns regarding your project or any scheduled meetings with our team.

Our Management Team is following these protocols (including the use of face masks when social distancing is not possible) set by Ohio Department of Health with direction from the Centers for Disease Control & the World Health Organization:

 

 

 

PRACTICE HEALTHY HYGIENE

  • Frequently wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and If water is not available, use hand sanitizers and/or disinfectants.
  • Limit direct contact with others – including shaking hands.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Sneeze/Cough into a tissue or your elbow.

AVOID large crowds and refrain from attending large events.

KNOW symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough and shortness of breath).

ADHERE to  Centers for Disease Control suggestions and guidelines.

REQUIRE anyone with symptoms not to come into the office or to any project site and to seek medical attention.

PROVIDE disinfectant supplies at our office and on project sites.

DISINFECT the common areas in our office daily.

RESTRICT unnecessary travel.

REQUIRE anyone who has visited a “high risk area” to self-quarantine for 14 days.

If you or your family have been exposed to the virus, please contact us immediately so we can take the proper precautions. We will continue to fine-tune our practices and policies as developments require. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns or questions as they arise.
