Step Three: Construction Documentation
After you approve the design and sign the construction agreement, we create an electronic schedule to establish a timeline for the final material selections, completion of the construction drawing sets, and your start and guaranteed completion date. We’ll officially open your E-Folder, and we’ll secure all of the required permits.
You and your designer will make all of the material selections for your new space, and he or she will produce the final drawing sets.
There will be a lot of choices to be made, and our professionals will help you wade through them all to make sure your new space reflects your personal style.
